POLICY
Shipping: We process orders in 2-3 days.
Shipping takes about 2-5 days depending on your location from WI.
Shipping is a FLAT rate of $2.60 for USPS standard from this site.
Padded envelope (tan) and free gift box. International orders
are not accepted from this site - US ONLY at this TIME.
We accept all returns within a 7 day period from the day you
receive it. We are very strict on this policy as we sell
out of beads every day - and could re-sell the bead you may want to
return. Please see return address on your packing slip or below.
We do not offer backorders on all items - see specific item for
B.O. Notice. ALL ITEMS SOLD OUT OR out of STOCK when we ship -
will be refunded to you. (Unless a backorderd item) We process
refunds only WEEKLY - so they may not show up right away in your
account.
From time to time we have special sales - please join our mailing
list to receive announcement of them!
