IMPORTANT HOLIDAY INFORMATION!

Keep in mind our 7 day return policy - even for gifts - no exceptions.  We often sell out of beads and the bead you are holding we could have sold.

We are shipping same and next Day for Christmas sales.  If we run out of something we try to contact your E-mail to see if you want a substitute - PLEASE PROVIDE A "REAL" E-mail address - not one you never check - if we do not get a 12 hour response we will ship your order.  It is BEST if you can put in with the notes of your payment some acceptable substitutes.

If you have trouble with your shopping cart - or can not scheck out without paypal and want another payment method - E-mail us your order. (Swipe and Copy) we will get your an electronic invoice to pay.

NEW POLICY:  We will no longer ship USPS Priority mail to the UK.  This service has been unreliable.  If you are from the UK and would like your order from this site - YOU MUST check out with EXPRESS mail ($25.00)

  Italian Charms Company, Madison. Our web sites are not always perfect, (A few cart errors, some well needed updating...  Our customer service is.  (Or I try)   We ship fast and prompt.

  Most all our business is word of mouth and most customers are REPEAT! THANK YOU!  Our sites are not always updated and we run out of things often - so please read my sales policy below.  We used to spend a lot of time looking for new beads and products.. now the new beads and products  find us.. so if you have a unique line of beads that you think will fit in nice on this site- please contact me, We buy in large volume so We can offer shoppers direct prices.  We keep the office and overhead simple and ordinary - so we can offer extraordinary beads at suggested or "close to" prices. 

WHOLESALE

We do not sell "wholesale" to retail Stores! We try to offer wholesale or the lowest price to EVERYONE on most items   We reserve the right to limit quantities on all beads from stores to reserve them for individual shoppers - it depends on the stock at the time.

PRODUCTS - RETURNS - NAME BRANDS

We only sell TOP quality beads we would WEAR OURSELVES! No junk beads or poor quality beads - I am sure you will agree!    ****  We do NOT sell Pandora, Chamilia or trol - these are copywrited NAME brands that the beads we sell ARE COMPATIBLE WITH. 
If you are BRAND NAME conscious - please shop at stores that are Authorized dealers for these NAME BRANDS!

 You will get a refund for any out of stock beads within 3-5 days of shipping. We do not offer backorders.

We TRY to update the site with out of stock beads - but some weeks I may not have enough time.  Please try to re-order the bead in 20-30 days for re-stock.  We gladly accept returns within 7 days of your delivery confirmation ONLY. No exceptions. We sell out of beads and perhaps could have sold the bead you are holding several times over.   GIFTS are NO EXCEPTION.  Please see that you will love the bead/item if your recipient may not!  Please see that any starters/Watches and so on will fit as they will not be returnable after after 7 days from the delivery confirmation delivery to you. Any items returned after 7 days will be returned to you.  Some closeout and discontinued items may NOT be returnable, but will be clearly marked as such before you check out!

SHIPPING

We ship fast and free over $50 every day.  You will have the option of more shipping options at checkout.  $2.60 for any order under $50.  Any order over $50 ships FREE (US ONLY)  International orders will be $10.50 at check out.   You may also UPGRADE to Priority mail, and Express mail at Check-out for additional fee.

You will get an E-mail with a delivery shipping number when we ship. PLEASE NOTE!!!! This is NOT a tracking number!  It will NOT show up on line until AFTER you get your package as they do NOT GET SCANNED outgoing. Only AFTER you have your package.  Some packages travel the USPS LIGHTNING fast - others take a longer route.  We do not consider a late or missing until 10 business days after shipping, please do not contact us until that time.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not share, sell or give any of the information your supply us at the time of ordering to any third parties.  When you order from this site your will be automatically put on our mailing list ONLY - which consists of sending you e-mails only a few times a year when we have a special sale going on.  You may remove yourself from our mailing at any time by UNSUBSCRIBING.

PAYMENT AND PAYPAL

Check out with PAY PAL America's safest on line shopping cart. You do not need to join PAYPAL.  Just use you MC, Visa, American Express or Discover Card. When you are prompted - DO YOU HAVE A PAYPAL account - simply say NO - you will continue on to check out like other on-line carts - only we truly feel this is the SAFEST! 

PRE-SALE TERMS

 3 times a year we offer PRE-SALES. A presale is a sale in which you piggyback on our new bead order and get them for just a couple dollars each more than we pay. PRESALE beads always go into a separate cart aside from other beads on this site - because they are shipped out later when the presale beads come in.  Presale beads take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to you from the time of the pre-sale event.  Our next presale event is Jan 31st-7th.  Another presale in June, and another in September.

ORDERING PROBLEMS

We do not accept phone orders or have phone support at this time.  If you are having trouble with our cart and want to place an order - E-mail us your order!  We will E-mail you a Payment button to pay for your order!! Thank you!!
